Slow & Steady is privately owned and operated. Every design has been created with passion & every order is packaged with specialized care.
Processing
Business days are Monday-Friday. 8am-5pm EST. Any order placed after 5pm EST will begin processing on the next business day.
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process. Once processing has been completed, you can expect a tracking number via email.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is via UPS Ground & USPS. We cannot control their timeline. Slow & Steady cannot control their timeline. Once you receive your tracking number, please refer to the UPS/USPS website for tracking information.
Once your order is marked delivered, you have 48 hours to reach out regarding any dissatisfaction. Arrangements will be made to ensure your product meets your expectations.
No returns will be accepted, no refunds will be issued.
All sales are final.
